OUR Soulmate Story.............

My name is Terri, and for years I felt as though there was someone in this world for me.

I had been through a very abusive marriage and several bad relationships.  My idea of a Soulmate began to fade, and I was almost ready to give up on the idea.

Then on February 11th, 1999, I received an e-mail from Denis, my handsome Irishman, with one simple phrase:  "We are pretty much on the same page. Please e-mail me and let's find out."   He aroused my curiosity, and began to capture my heart. 

At the time I wasn't sure why, but there was something that drew me to Denis.  With each e-mail he sent, it was almost as if he knew me, as if he was in my head and in my heart. It was a joy to check my e-mail each day, and find something from Denis.  His words captivated me and began to melt my heart.

There had been years of abuse, and I had built a wall around my heart to avoid the hurt. 

Denis, with each and every letter, each an every word, began to tear down that wall.
It is a blessing to be able to go back and read those earlier letters.  To see how our love story unfolded, and to see the joining of our hearts and souls.

Denis is my Soulmate, my champion.  The half of my soul that completes me.  The half of myself that helps me to exist.

Our love is like a never-ending circle;
it has no beginning and no end. 
We share the same passions,
the same hopes,
and the same dreams.

For the first time in my life I can be myself, and know that Denis loves me for who and what I really am.  And even though we have been through some tough times, I know that Denis is there to share my heart, to go through anything and everything with me. 

We both have a love for Ireland, and are planning to be married there at the beginning of next year.  I am a true believer of Soulmates, and I have found mine in Denis.  I can not imagine life without him.  My search is over, but my life has just begun.
