Hi David,

bullet.gif (953 bytes)It looks as if Lionel has gone over the top from his last letter. I thought it would be posted by now. I have been receiving lots of fan mail since I hit the top, and most has been from people who are trying desperately to get good at the game. One asked me for the codes ??? and he promised he would not tell anyone. He must be playing some other game. You would be surprised at how many college students spend more time playing JezzBall then studying. Well I have almost completed my garage, all the cabinets are finished and the stuff is ready to go back in them. One project down and about 10 more to go. Then I may start another game to top Lionel if he is on top. I need to find another program like PSP 4 because it finally locked me out after months of use.

Got to go now, flying to Minnesota tomorrow for a week of relaxation.

Talk at you later, Todd...

My name is Todd Mollerup, and I am a JezzBall addict.  I started playing about 6 months ago when a co-worker brought in the game on floppy disk, and the rest is history.  I thought JezzBall was just something to pass the time away but, this game has become an addiction.  I will not stop until I reach the top of your list!  Yes I am after the top dog! Sorry, but I must step on some toes to reach my goal.  I only wish I would have found this site before I learned all the tricks the hard way.

We battled it out for weeks going from 100k to 200k and so on, until I finally broke 1 million.  Now every day I am forced to backup the dat file so when the competition clears the high scores I can restore them.

My interests include model airplanes, as you can see in my picture, my 66 GTO, and my computer just to name a few.  I have more than enough things to keep me occupied so where do I find the time to play Jezzball?  Who knows?  By the way, the plane in the photo belongs to another club member.  I was just holding it together after it met its demise so it could be photographed.  I don't like taking pictures of my planes after they crash.  Our local club is the Pass Area R/C Modelers in Beaumont California.

My GTO is in about 500 pieces in the garage but, it is slowly showing progress.  Just like Jezzball, if you don't have any patience then you are better off leaving it to someone who does.  As for my computer, it is an expensive toy that is used primarily for games and surfing the web

Now for the important stuff, the Jezz tips.  I was not fortunate enough to find this site before I learned the hard way how to master the game.  Most of your other Jezz pros have the do's and don'ts covered pretty well.  The only thing I like to do different when in the higher levels (30 - 49) is to start my capture channels in opposite corners.   This seems to send the balls in a diagonal pattern so you have a better chance at saving lives and making longer channels in the other open corners.  Also don't get greedy and try to make too long of a channel at first because the balls are shifty and they won't hesitate to take your life.  If you find things are happening a little too fast just use the slow option, the point value is less but you can live to see the next level.

Good luck and good Jezzing.            Todd......
