Hello there Dave,
My name is Ryan Castle and I have reached 14,481,221. I live in Sydney, Australia and I am 17..
I'm meant to give you the story too. I have been playing for a little over a week. Last
year I sneaked the game onto the school computers and spent most of the year playing. I
never got above 5 million though. My, this is a riveting story. I stopped playing it
because I found a girlfriend and I was ashamed to let her know that I spent the better
part of my life watching balls bounce. So I deleted all traces of it. We broke up about a
month ago and the first thing I thought of was JezzBall. I found it again on the internet
and started playing. I was determined to get onto the board. It was one of those goals
that you have to achieve not because it really means anything in itself but because it is
something that was never finished.. For the last week I have been without a keyboard
because it screwed up a couple of million points into the game. I missed school
assignments and my family has been unable to play Freecell (although I keep telling them
how much more worthy of obsession JezzBall is). But eventually the top 20 came into reach.
At about 11 million something I never thought could happen did. I found myself feeling
bored. Every day I forced myself to play a couple of levels. My bonuses dropped to unheard
of figures but I kept going. And today I got there. I couldn't remember what the bottom
score on the list was because Windows no longer had the stamina to let me connect to the
internet. So I went a little higher just to be safe. At 14 and a half million I stopped
and committed suicide.
And I hope I never play another game of JezzBall again.
Ryan
