Date: Feb 06 1999

My name is Bob Prodeahl, I am 53 years old, married, 3 children, and 4 grandchildren. I make a living making window screens for homes on Vancouver Island in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. My foremost passion is doing the Family Tree. At present I have over 3000 names, and it continues to grow. In Dec of 98 I moved to a new home, and the subdivision I live in has an underground wiring problem…(I cannot surf on the web very fast… ) Therefore put a lot of time into playing JezzBall, which is my second passion…………..

I started playing JezzBall about two years ago, and after many sleepless nights managed to get a high score of 1,290,000 points. I searched the web for JezzBall, and could only find a high score of 1.26 million, (Dave had not yet started his home page), so I figured I was THE CHAMP!

About July 1998, a fellow JezzBall enthusiast {Jill) informed me she had got an incredible score of 2.4 million. I thought to myself (IMPOSSIBLE), but nevertheless, that statement brought me back to playing jezzball. For weeks, I could not get past level 25. (very frustrating. I showed the game to my son Gary and he quickly overtook my score, and set new standards, and the competition was on. He would show me his little tricks when he discovered them, and I would show him what I learned. I was the first to get 3.6 million, Gary went onto 5.86 million, and told me about level 49 repeating itself. Gary quit playing stating" I wrapped the game". But now I had to beat him. When I got to level 49, I just repetitiously went on to get a high score of ll.l million. I thought to myself " This has to be the World Record! Ha! Little did I know. It was then that I did another search, and discovered just how small in the world of Jezz that was because now I had access to Dave’s Jezzball.com

I subsequently went onto a game of 18 million before a power failure. Then last week a new game resulted in a score of 36.2 Million (my son Gary did the occasional level 49), so credit must be given to him on this game), before a brief power failure terminated that score. Today, I finally started reading the other stories as submitted by the top scorers, and now I realize the top scorer will never remain completely sure of remaining on top. Well got to get back to my game, and try out some of the new tricks I have read about. My highest bonus point is only 429,000 with 28 lives remaining in level 49. I want to get that perfect game.
